SCHEDULE 1 – THE BUSINESS FRANCHISE PRODUCTS

“Business Franchise Products” means the products that are integrated by Business Franchisor in the Business System and that Parties have mutually agreed to be included in the Business Franchise.

It generally encompasses the following products commercialized by the Business Franchisor

• Bread Improvers
• Bakery Mixes
• Emulsifiers
• Enzymes
• Bakery Sourdoughs
• Value-added yeast
• Specialty fats
• Patisserie Mixes
• Fruit & Cream Fillings
• UHT products
• Real Chocolate
• Compound Chocolate & Fillings
