Добрый день!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести эту фразу. Контест: План производства работ по модификации нефтепровода. Один из пунктов:

REQUIRED PIPING MODIFICATIONS:
Set up seal system. Assemble frame DE / NDE to base plate.

До этого идет пункт:
Modify the oil injection and oil return piping of the gearbox and the pump. Имеется в виду рама привода редуктора? А NDE frame - рама неприводной стороны?

И еще это:

Assemble top half pump case on bottom, check total end play again.
