2) Вроде простая фраза, но не могу додумать, что больше всего подходит: agreed with, agreed upon with, concurred with, approved by?
Контекст: учетная политика группы компаний

Если отчетность компаний не содержит явных ошибок, то она считается согласованной с финансовой службой управляющей компании группы. После того как все отчеты компаний представлены и согласованы, экономическая служба УК группы готовит консолидированную отчетность по группе.
