consideration здесь, если строго юридически говорить - "встречное предоставление"
но в данном случае, наверное, можно написать просто, как мы с вами обсуждали пару дней назад, "возмездность", "элемент возмездности", "на возмездной основе" и т.п. - посмотрите сами, как вам по контексту лучше подойдет
