In the event the minimum purchase requirement, local sales growth target of qualitative KPI’s for a given year have not been reached, X (компания) shall be entitled to:
a. terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provision of Article 9.1 below;
b. convert this agreement into a non-exclusive agreement;
c. to continue this Agreement on the same terms and conditions; or
