Перевожу документ, составленный производителем шин. Называется Raw Material General Specification (Fillers). Он для производителей fillers (наполнителей). Не могу понять, почему в предложении используется слово property

Compound здесь так и будет компаунд, Formulation наверно химический состав, текст написан не очень понятно и возможно это перевод с итальянского, но может быть у кого-то будут какие-то идеи
