ну да, в принципе одно и то же вроде

muzungu, у этого же аскера в соседнем вопросе (приведенный контекст) фигурирует частота в герцах, явно переменного тока
так что здесь лучше назвать скоростью, только не забыть бы, что она угловая
а то "одно и то же" не получицца
