Work For Hire Agreement

This Work For Hire Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between ХХХХХ, a Cayman Islands exempt company (“ХХХ”) and ХХХХХ, an individual (“Illustrator”). ХХХХХ and Illustrator agree to the following terms and conditions governing the provision by Illustrator to the ХХХХ of illustrations for use by the ХХХХ. All illustrations provided by Illustrator to ХХХХ pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to be “works made for hire” as that term is defined in Section 101 of the United States Copyright Act (17 US Code, section 101).

Если сильно не париться, то можно перевести как "договор подряда". Или "договор возмездного выполнения работ", честно говоря, не помню какая между ними разница.

Хотя это и не 100% точный эквивалент.

Но т.к. в российском законодательстве и практике WFH как отдельный вид договоров отсутствуют, то чё уж. Или выкручиваться описательно.
