Помогите, пожалуйста перевести название материала - wire tarp.

ИМХО. Может wire trap? (из-за опечатки)
Тогда будет проволочная ловушка/улавливающая сетка, типа как здесь:

Исходная

поддерживающем устройстве 3 и выполнен в
виде пакета проволочных улавливающих сеток

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to catalytic
chemistry and can be applied in nitric and
hydrocyanic acid and hydroxylaminosulphate
production. First a source mix of gaseous reactants
passes through platinoid mesh layer 4. Platinoid trap
2 is mounted on support device 3 and is made in the
form of palladium-based alloy ***wire trap mesh 5 bank
with meshes separated by heat-proof meshes 6 with
pads 7 out of silicon-based gas-permeable material,
placed between them. Thickness of each pad 7
comprises 2-80 diametres of trap mesh 5 wire. With
platinoids removed, gas mix is discharged from
reactor 1.
