Сомневаюсь с выбором перевода для "оборудовать" в вышеуказанном предложении. Думаю, equip здесь не подходит.

Да я не настаиваю, просто как вариант. Есть похожее в документе Sheffield City Council, в частности:

Provision shall be made for sampling during monitoring of emissions. The
operator shall install sampling points at appropriate locations in extraction
system ductwork within 6 months of the date of this Permit. Details of the
sampling provisions to be made shall be agreed in writing by Sheffield City
Council's Environmental Protection Service prior to the installation. The ports
ereaftthereafter be retained and maintained.
