ХАРАКТЕР - как personality, хотя и не совсем точно. но это то, чем все интересуются ;)
ВНЕШНОСТЬ - можно как looks (или the way you look) и иногда даже как image (image is nothing, thirst is everything (c))

и все большие буквы лучше переводить маленькими ;)
