Substitute Performance.
In the event Borrower shall fail to maintain the insurance under which the Company is listed as sole loss payee, pay Taxes or perform any other obligation required hereunder, the Company may make expenditures in order to maintain and preserve the Power Plant and Equipment. The amount expended plus interest thereon from the date of expenditure at the lesser of the Interest Rate plus nine percent (9%) per annum or the highest lawful contract rate of interest, shall be due immediately upon notice by the Company.
