ACCESS AND INVENTORY COUNTS

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years thereafter, Supplier shall have the right to inspect X’s records relating to the Consigned Goods and to perform its own physical inventory (можно ли сказать «физическая инвентаризация»???)of the Consigned Goods at a mutually agreeable time during Х’s normal business hours. A Х representative shall accompany and observe any such Supplier inventory of Consigned Goods. permit - не даст разрешения на складирование отходов
suffer - не будет нести ответственности за последствия складирования отходов

в обоих случаях "допускать", только permit в разрешительном порядке, suffer - в явочном.

Как-то неожиданно тут "отходы" упоминаются в конце. Может, все-таки что-то другое имеется в виду?
