OFF-SPECIFICATION GAS
7.1 If the quality of the Gas delivered to the Buyer fails to comply with the requirements of Clause 6.1, the Supplier shall inform the Buyer as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware thereof.
7.2 If the quality of Gas delivered to the Buyer fails to meet the requirements stated in Clause 6.1 (such Gas, “Off-Specification Gas”), the Buyer shall have the right to refuse to off-take Off-Specification Gas as long as the quality is not restored. In the event the Buyer refuses to accept Off-Specification Gas, any quantity of Off-Specification Gas not offtaken by the Buyer shall be deemed not to have been delivered by the Supplier and shall not be paid for by the Buyer.
