Subject: to enforce its rights...to the same extent as the Original Payee’s entitlement prior to law At any time prior to payment of the relevant Principal Amount by the Promissor, each Payee from time to time may assign to XXX or the Promissor (each a “Permitted Assignee”) all its right, title and interest in and to all or any part of the Principal Amount in respect of which it is a Payee, by entering (or procuring the entry) into Schedule 1 a record of the same (each such assignment a “Permitted Assignment”), following which assignment the relevant Permitted Assignee shall be a Payee in respect of the Principal Amount so assigned (and the interest accrued and accruing thereon in accordance with paragraph 3) and shall be entitled to enforce its rights in respect of the relevant Principal Amount under this Note to the same extent as the Original Payee’s entitlement prior to the relevant Permitted Assignment.в том же объеме, что и Original Payee до соответствующей Разрешенной уступки... ? |

ну да смысл хорошо передается фразой из ГК: "право первоначального кредитора переходит к новому кредитору в том объеме и на тех условиях, которые существовали к моменту перехода права" |
