Не могу до конца понять значение фразы "indemnifying the Petitioner in respect thereof"AND UPON the Respondent undertaking to the Court and agreeing to discharge for the benefit of the Petitioner all liabilities and obligations accruing to the date of transfer and accruing as a consequence of the transfer of the said properties referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order and indemnifying the Petitioner in respect thereof НА ОСНОВАНИИ согласия Ответчика принять на себя обязательство перед судом освободить Истицу от ответственности и обязательств, возникших до момента передачи имущества и в результате передачи вышеназванного имущества, согласно параграфу 2 данного Приказа и ????
