Коллеги, помогите разобраться еще с таким выражением:
default and damage compensation

Delay by the Supplier in performing any of his obligations, shall expose the Supplier to any or all of the following sanctions at the option of the Client:
- imposition of contractual penalty and / or
- termination of the Contract for default and damage compensation, subject to the terms of the Contract.
