Здравствуйте.

Как по-английски правильно назвать работника метрополитена, женщину, которая в кабинке перед эскалатором сидит? The metro official?

Вчера в метро зашла группа туристов, все с фотоаппаратами, и начали фотографировать со вспышками. Женщина, работник метро, которая следит за эскалатором, начала повторять в громкоговоритель, что нельзя фотографировать со вспышкой. Эффекта, конечно, не было, так как группа была без переводчика. Когда с эскалатора спустились, я ближайшей ко мне женщине с фотоаппаратом объяснила про "No flash", однако сказать смогла только: "The woman there said "No Flash"". До сих пор думаю, а как правильно и понятно сказать: "The metro official / the metro worker / the woman in the cabin over there said "No flash"?"
