Помогите пожалуйста перевести
в контексте: The cost of of an acquisition, which is determind at the date of exchange, is the amount of cash or cash equivalents paid, plus the fair value of the other purchase conssidaration given, including equity insstruments issued and the fair value of liabilities assumed plus any costs directly attributable to the acquisition.

Ну вот если из "conssidaration" убрать одно s, то перевод выпадет прям из яндекса или гугла, если еще вбить МСФО - это для начинающих, или номер МСФО - для "конченых" (начинается с цифры 3...), то прям цельное предложение...
