Здравствуйте! Пожалуйста, подскажите правильно ли я перевел выражения *processing or re-processing* и *reserved property* для данного контекста в пункте d) и, если Вам бросятся в глаза еще какие-нибудь ошибки, буду очень благодарен если подскажете. Спасибо огромное заранее!

d) В случае продажи и перепродажи, согласно Статьи 726 Гражданского кодекса Продавец считается производителем и, как таковой, приобретает право собственности на новый объект. Если зарезервированное имущество продается или неразрывно связано с объектами, не принадлежащими Продавцу, Продавец вступает в совместное пользование новым объектом соразмерно отношению стоимости зарезервированного имущества к стоимости других объектов, используемых на время продажи или подключения. Возникшее таким образом совместное пользование рассматривается как зарезервированное имущество в согласии с данными условиями. Если в случае продажи или подключения, другой объект рассматривается, как основная позиция, покупатель вступает с Продавцом в пропорциональное совместное пользование в той мере, в какой основная позиция принадлежит ему. Условия касающиеся сохранения прав собственности применяются соответствующим образом для объекта, исходя из продажи или подключения.

a) Seller retains title to all delivered items. Title is retained until the purchase price is paid in full, including all additional costs incurred by the goods supplied, as well as all the other claims arising from other or current business transactions, and until a current account balance, if any, is settled.
b) The goods supplied may neither be pledged nor given in security until paid for in full. The buyer must inform Seller immediately of an infringement of ownership rights by a third party and provide complete relevant documentation, and inform the third party of the existence of Seller's rights of ownership.
c) The buyer is entitled to sell the goods supplied in the ordinary course of business. On sale of the goods supplied, the buyer assigns to Seller all claims against third parties with all ancillary rights until the settlement in full of all claims under figures 2 a). Seller may collect the purchase price directly from the buyer's client, should the buyer be in default of payment vis-a-vis Seller.

d) In the event of ******processing or re-processing***** in the sense of Article 726 of the Civil Code Seller is deemed to be the manufacturer and as such, acquires ownership of the new item. If the ****reserved property****** is processed or inseparably connected to items not belonging to Seller, Seller acquires joint ownership of the new item in the ratio of the value of the reserved property to the value of the other items used at the time of processing or connecting. The joint ownership rights thus arising are regarded as reserved property under the terms of these conditions. If, in a case of processing or connecting, the other item is regarded as the principal item, the buyer shall pass to Seller proportionate joint ownership, insofar as the principal item belongs to him. The conditions concerning retention of ownership apply accordingly to the item resulting from processing or connection.

e) The buyer shall insure against loss, fire, theft, flood and third party liability, all goods not paid in full or subject to retention of ownership, with the stipulation that only Seller is entitled to the rights under the insurance contract.
