компания помогает работнику накопить пенсию
формат такой: на каждый процент зарплаты, который работник отчисляет на свой пенсионный счет, компания на тот же счет добавляет что-то "от себя". в вашей схеме компания это делает в том же размере, что и работник - отсюда match (basically, company matches employee contribution)
и еще есть ограничение - что компания принимает участие только до определенного уровня (у вас там 5% и 10%)
