Помогите, пожалуйста, понять, что такое assembly strap в приведенном ниже контексте (разборка механического уплотнения вала насоса). Заранее спасибо.
Disassembly of mechanical seal Cartridge type
- Loosen assembly straps, push them into the groove of the shaft sleeve and fasten again.
Please note the following so as to avoid any damage to the components of the mechanical seal: If the assembly straps cannot be placed in the previsaged position because the shaft sleeve grove sticks out too far from the mechanical cover, the fastening of the mechanical seal cover, the fastening of the bearing bracket at the casing cover (shaft sealing casing) has to be loosened in such a way as to allow moving the assembly straps into the shaft sleeve groove without any difficulty.
- Screw off bearing bracket fastening nuts (920.02), disconnect casing cover (161.01) ( shaft sealing casing) from bearing bracket (330…) (if necessary hit cautiously with leaden sledge hammer against flange) and take off together with Cartridge mechanical seal
- Remove the fastening screws of the mechanical seal cover and draw the complete mechanical seal (Cartridge) out of the casing cover (161.01) (shaft sealing casing)
- After loosening and moving the assembly straps back the mechanical seal can be disassembled into its single parts.
WARNING: The mechanical seal cover is prestressed by internal springs.

Assembly of Cartridge type mechanical seal
- Insert key (940.01) for shaft sleeve and impeller into shaft
- Mount rotating parts of shaft sealing on shaft sleeve. If a sealing ring exists place it in the groove of the shaft sleeve bore.
- Build in stationary elements of the mechanical seals into the mechanical seal cover(s) and push over shaft sleeve. Pre-stress the springs of the mechanical seal by pressing on the mechanical seal cover until the assembly bars can be moved into the shaft seal groove.
- Push complete pre-assembled mechanical seal (Cartridge) into the sealing casing (161.01) (shaft sealing casing) and screw on.
- Slide casing cover (161.01) (shaft sealing casing) with built-in mechanical seal onto shaft cautiously (pay attention to key), push into the centering of the bearing bracket flange.
- Attach hexagonal nuts (920.02) (bearing bracket/sealing casing) only in a loose way.
- Push impeller (230.01) onto shaft, place impeller nuts (922.01) only by hand.
- Before tightening the impeller nut (922.01) and the bearing bracket fastening (920.02) do by all means loosen the assembly bars of the Cartridge mechanical sealing cover of mechanical seal, draw them out of the shaft sleeve groove and reattach them. Tighten hexagonal nuts (920.02)bearing bracket/sealing casing).
