Прошу совета по переводу отрывка из договора:
Несоблюдение нормальных условий хранения товара, ненадлежащее обращение с товаром или его использование не в предназначенных целях приводит к тому, что Покупатель утрачивает право на гарантийное обслуживание.
Failure to comply with the normal conditions of storing the goods, improper handling of the goods or use the goods for the purpose intended shall lead to the Buyer forfeing the right to the warranty service.
Прошу обратить внимание на артикли и на фразу "приводит к тому, что Покупатель утрачивает право" тут не совсем все понятно.

имхо "conditions of .. storage" - это немного не те conditions, с которыми можно "to comply [with]"

не совсем согласен Вы накладываете одну ситуацию на другую это с артиклями а с Failure to ensure тут не гарантировать; обеспечивать а не соблюдать - две разные вещи. Продублирйте Вашу сноску еще раз, пожалуйста
