Добрый вечер,помогите, пожалуйста, перевести некоторые моменты из финансовой отчетности компании, прошедшей аудиторскую проверку: 1) Independent auditors of XXX were appointed first auditors of the company and expressed their willingness to continue in office. Не могу понять здесь значение in office. 2) Proper books of account have been kept by the company. компания вела все необходимые бухгалтерские книги? 3) interest rate risk arises as a result of timing differences on the reprising of assets and liabilities. reprising - сопоставление?
