Добрый день, уважаемые коллеги!Помогите, пожалуйста, со следующей фразой: Sales Distribution Credit Контекст: The Representative acknowledges that the cooperative efforts of other representatives of Company are frequently required to obtain orders for the Procrets or rmt at times a customer may purchase Products for use in the Territory through an agent, contractor or exporter located outside of the Territory. In such cases, the Representative agrees that the total commission which Company will pay on each order will be allocated via the distribution credit solely by Company, in accordance with the sales distribution schedule set forth in Appendix 4, attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
