Vials were agitated by inversion on a tube rotator for one hour, by stirring for one hour or by vortexing for 10 minutes and then, analyzed for protein concentration by absorbance at 280 nm, dimer and higher order aggregate formation by SEC and SDS-PAGE, and particle count by microflow image analysis. Only 25°C storage up to two weeks resulted in some aggregation, which was observed as dimer and higher order aggregates by SEC and a slight increase in higher molecular weight bands by SDS-PAGE.
