Основные причины летальности при переливании больших количеств плазмы - TRALI (это понятно ) и mistransfusion. Введение по ошибке? введение жидкости мимо предполагаемой вены???

ИМХО: По-видимому так и есть. Это введение неправильной группы крови и т.д. как у kem-il
