После окончания срока Аренды Арендатор вывозит Оборудование из страны на условиях CPT Абердин. Перед отправкой Оборудования Стороны подписывают Акт приемки-передачи, который составляется в двух экземплярах, по одному для каждой стороны. В случае невозможности возврата оборудования Арендодателю в том состоянии и комплектности, в котором оно было передано Арендатору, Стороны действуют в соответствии с пунктом 9.3. данного Контракта.

At the end of the rental period, the Lessee shall transport the equipment out of the country on CPT Aberdeen. Before transportation of the equipment, the Parties shall sign delivery and acceptance certificate, which is made in two copies, one for each Party. If it is found impossible to return the equipment to the Lessor in the same condition and completeness, in which it was delivered to the Lessee, the Parties shall act in accordance with paragraph 9.3. of this Contract.
