я так понимаю, с оригиналом в соседней ветке сверяться?
мож предметы гугл худо-бедно и переведет (не смотрела, многобукаф) , но "вступление-заключение" - ни к черту...

и потом, справку без официального (нотариального?) заверения только на ночь к голове можно приложить, зачем оно вам?
