Уважаемые коллеги, подскажите, пожалуйста, что здесь имеется ввиду под "calls":
(1)(а) The liquidator of a company may, if a member is liable to calls, make calls on that member.
(2) A call made under subsection (1)(a) shall be in writing and shall specify the amount of, or balance due in respect of, the call.
