RVLOP, ISPL EPC construct.

Есть документ, в котором расписывается порядок осуществления работ и объем оказания услуг по строительству. Представляет собой таблицу, в которой слева указывается вид деятельности, а справа - кто за что отвечает (с помощью определенных условных обозначений).

В этом документе (в разделе legend) есть такая фраза:

When _RVLOP_ is indicated, it means that the task is under the responsibility of another department of XXX (other than _ISPL EPC_ team that is integrated in the Construction Supervision Integrated Team), in close coordination with representatives of _ISPL EPC_ team for specifications and required timing.

Что такое RVLOP и ISPL EPC? Не могу ничего найти...
По поводу ISPL нашла только The Information Services Procurement Library (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_Services_Procurement_Library). Но как это может относиться к EPC (которое вроде бы Engineering, Procurement, Construction)?

Помогите, плиз, а то не вяжется у меня ничего(((
