Если известно, что исследуемое лекарственное вещество подвергается биотрансформации, контролируемой генетически полиморфными изоферментами цитохрома Р-450 (SUR2S9, SUR2S19, SUR2B6), для снижения вариабельности фармакокинетических параметров целесообразно генотипирование добровольцев с целью исключения участия в исследовании лиц с генотипами "медленного" и "быстрого" метаболизма.
