на патрубке ввода газожидкостной смеси срезать имеющийся фланец. На место демонтированного фланца установить задвижку ЗШС-80х160, приварив ответный фланец к трубе патрубка.

Cut the existing flange on liquid-gas mix nipple feed. Install the gate valve ЗШС-80х160 onto the place of removed flange, welding counter flange to the nipple pipe.

Something like that: Cut off the existing flange from the liquid gas feed line and install gate valve ЗШС-80х160 instead. Welded end of the valve weld to the liquid gas line nipple.

(Nobody WELDS to the FLANGE unless one is a complete moron! Looks like this valve has W-welded end and not F-flanged end. Valves can have flanged ends, welded ends, threaded ends and combination of those type e.g WxF.)
