По контексту могу добавить следующее:
Basic Unit Prices.
The prices for the detailed work units described in the SUBCONTRACT that are divided into their elemental components (material, labor) lead to the final price per work unit.

Complementary Unit Prices by Operation.
These prices evaluate every operation or action required, and a group of them form a Basic or Complementary Unit Price.

Contradictory Prices.
The prices for the operations whose prices are not included in the Basic Unit Prices or complementary Unit Prices Tables since they are applicable to new work units.
Contradictory Prices are Direct Prices and will not include Indirect Costs and Overhead and Profit as they are included in the Lump Sum part of the SUBCONTRACT PRICE.
Contradictory Prices shall be calculated according to the most similar Unit Prices already established in the SUBCONTRACT.
