a spazz attack in general in English describes a person "freaking out" about something.
they are breathing heavily (sometimes), their voice is raised (maybe yelling), they are excited, anxious, sometimes raving
usually happens when something unexpected, bad and unwanted happens.... also can be becasue you are TOO happy or TOO excited

we can say "dont have a spazz attack!"
or "no need to spazz/to have a spazz attack!"

maybe you got really weird news from your friend (he is moving to zimbawe to work with the pigmes)
maybe you just got fired and are telling your friend about it
maybe you saw or heard something really funny

a lot of reasons to have a spazz attack in this world
