Subject: Make-up gen. Перевожу договор на покупку газа. Есть некоторые пункты, которые не понимаю, а именно:
(c) Make-Up
Quantities of Gas paid for but not taken (as mentioned under Article 3.2 (b)) may be taken in any of the subsequent 5 (five) Delivery Years, after the MAQ (Minimum Annual Quantity) in such Delivery Year has been taken ("Make-Up"), at 25% (twenty five percent) of the arithmetic average of the 12 (twelve) monthly Contract Prices applicable during the Delivery Year in which said quantities are taken (the "Make-Up Price"). Buyer may take Make-Up quantities in excess of MAQ to the extent that Buyer has informed Seller of such takes in the relevant Quarterly Forecast and if such request requires to increase DCQ (Daily Contract Quantity), such takes are to be confirmed by Seller.
