Bifrontal SW focus med.

Уважаемые коллеги,

Как перевести термин "Bifrontal SW focus" (результаты электроэнцефалограммы) в медицинском отчете? Диагноз - эпилепсия.

Есть еще "Lt frontal focus".

e.g. The study involve 29 patients (12 females and 17 males) who meet the electro-clinical criteria of BFEC: stereotyped partial seizures sometimes secondarily generalized, interictal focal spikes-waves (SW) on waking EEG, activated during sleep.
After the first epileptic seizure, all patients showed SW focus on EEG recordings. Five children had bilateral focus, 12 right focus (RF), 9 left focus (LF). A focus of a slow activity was found in 10 of them.
