Может быть кто-нибудь переводил устав компании на Сейшельских островах?

Пункт из статьи уменьшение уставного капитала:

Where the Company reduces its capital the Company may return to its members any amount received by the Company upon the issue of any of its share; or purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire its shares out of capital; or cancel any capital that is lost or not represented by assets having realisable value.
