1. PRINCIPAL shall deliver the Products to DISTRIBUTOR to be stored by DISTRIBUTOR in a warehouse with both custom bonded and custom cleared facilities - approved by the appropriate authorities in the Territory as a consignment stock warehouse in Moscow, Russia (hereinafter referred to as the “Consignment Stock”).

DISTRIBUTOR confirms that it shall be holding the Products for and on behalf of the PRINCIPAL as a bailee and shall not have any charge or lien on the Products at any time whatsoever. The title of the Products shall remain with PRINCIPAL until withdrawal of such Products from the Consignment Stock.

я так понял, речь и идет о консигнационном складе, где часть помещений приписаны к таможне (бондовый склад), а часть для растаможенного товара?
и вот здесь как лучше перевести - shall not have any charge or lien on the Products at any time whatsoever
