Подскажите, пожалуйста, как здесь передать «отвечать предметом залога»?

ЗАЛОГОДАТЕЛЬ ознакомлен со всеми условиями Генерального соглашения и Кредитного договора, и согласен отвечать за исполнение Заемщиком всех его обязательств по Генеральному соглашению и Кредитному договору Предметом залога.
