Adjustment of material feeding scovere
1. When pusher feeder fails to deliver screw material to the thread rolling die, loosen screw nut (15) and rotate the dovetail guide to its proper position. Then tighten screw nut (15).
2. Loosen screw nut (33) and rotate conical screw (24) to adjust the material feeding stopper (36). Screw (8) is used to locate position and when the material feeding stopper (36) is adjusted, position shall be examined again to ensure proper position.
3. Release screw (32) from the inner side of the dovetail joint guide pad when replacing the pusher feeder. Gently pull screw (33) to take out the pusher feeder and after proper replacement, tighten screw (30).
4. Install the linear rail between the dove scovere and dove base, please do not remove dove scovere if not necessary.
