Очень нужна консультация на тему стяжек Minifix.

1.

The housing can be combined with various bolts.

housing - это я так понимаю стяжка?
а что такое cover caps - крышки, колпачки?

2. SPQ - какое-то количество??

В табличке описания Tofix:
Housing white
Housing brown
SPQ: 100 or 1000 pc
