Damage protocols are good practice to monitor damages on site in structured way,to track each
damage from the moment of its identification till recovering the loss or other decision to resolve
the case. Damage protocols should contain photos, memos, correspondence etc. Follow-up
process on damages must have a common approach for documenting, approval and archiving.
No damage can be left without follow-up process. All available steps must be taken, up to legal
