Семенов, автор А-Р слря коммерческих терминов для электроэнергетики пишет "утраченные доходы (увеличение затрат или уменьшение доходов)" - я не совсем согласен, мне вариант Alex больше нравится. Почитайте примеры - может, что нарисуете по-русски - все равно термина устаканившегося нет. Пример из позавчерашнего чтива

refer to financial obligations incurred by unitilites to serve customers in a regulated market which will be unrecoverable in an unregulated market. One exemple of a stranded cost is an investment in a generation plant that utility may have made in order to fulfill their obligation to serve, but which will not be needed in a more competitive environment.
