Что-то ничего не приходит на ум кроме blurred vision.
Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, какие могут быть варианты?

Blurred vision не надо, ИМХО. Это же совсем другой симптом

Floaters или cobwebs +1:

Floaters are little pieces of your eye that break off and then float around in the liquid in your eye. Sounds dangerous, but they are normal, as long as you don't notice a whole lot of them at once. A lot of people have them and they can look different to different people: large or small, grey or clear, squiggles or dots.
