The standardisation of the SICPA In-plants operation was the first good reason to initiate this manual , three others logically follow :

• To know much better how to optimally use inks at the printer’s level

• To demonstrate the knowledge , ability and innovation of SICPA

• To share with the customer the savings and the knowledge

This document is to be used as a basis to operate an in-plant support professional handling of customer’s expectations from the ink supplier

Currently , many in-plants operate with different procedures and processes dependent of the personnel running the in-plant.

This module is the first step to bring consistency to the SICPA in-plants organisations throughout the world.
