При переводе презентации об управлении кадровым потенциалом встретилось такое словосочетание: N+1 manager.
Контекст:
Individual development plans are reviewed at local Division / Function / Country Management Committee level and validated by the local Head of activity. Local HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner, мое прим.) supports the N+1 Manager in the development, implementation and follow-up of individual development plans.
