При определении базы для исчисления пенсионных взносов выплаты, произведённые в натуральной форме, учитываются по их стоимости на дату выплаты, определяемой исходя из цен, регулируемых государством, а при отсутствии таких цен - исходя из рыночных цен.

At determining the basis for calculation of pension contribution rate, payments, made in kind, are calculated at their value defined at the date of payment, determined on the basis of prices regulated by the state, and in case of absence of such prices - based on market prices.
