Ink pick-off
Phenomenon: in trapping, the second color ink picks off the first color ink
Cause: Ink dries slowly; press pressure of second color is too much; unacceptable to raw materials; poor cold and hot wind; poor adherence.
ЎЎMethod: Add quick drying agent to the first color; increase hot wind; decrease pressure of second color or make it less tacky than the first color; decrease the printing speed.
