Вроде как незавершенное предложение, получается.Даю контекст предваряющий этот: If at any time during the lease terms according to this Agreement the law changes to entitle the Lessee to acquire conveyance of ownership to the Condominium Unit or if the Lessee desires to convey ownership of the Condominium Unit to another person or juristic entity or otherwise entitled to receive conveyance of the same, the Lessor agrees to proceed to register such conveyance of ownership of the Condominium Unit to the Lessee or the Lessee’s herein said assign within ninety () days from the date of receiving written intention thereof from the Lessee whereby it shall be deemed that the remainder of rent paid in advance to the Lessor according to this Agreement shall serve as consideration paid for the herein said conveyance of ownership to the Condominium Unit whereupon no further monetary payment or any other consideration shall be paid to the Lessor except as specified in Clause ХХ herein. In regards to the leasehold registration according to Clause ХХ herein, whether such shall be terminated or not at the time of conveying ownership of the Condominium Unit shall be as the Lessor sees fit.

Но это опять же из прошлого века... Не такого уж и плохого, для тех, кто понимает... Воровали многие, но понемногу... А сейчас - наоборот: немногие , но почти всё... :-(
